October 3rd-4th, 2025 - DPS NEW UNARMED & ARMED GUARD TRAINING
This class includes a combination of online, video conferencing, and in-person training.
Unarmed Online Training: Must be completed before October 3rd.
Armed Online Training: Must be completed before October 3rd.
Video Conferencing Training: Begins at 1pm on October 3rd.
In-person Training: Starts at 9am on October 4th.

October 3rd-4th, 2025 - DPS ARMED GUARD ANNUAL REFRESHER TRAINING
This class includes a combination of online, video conferencing, and in-person training.
Armed Online Training: Must be completed on or before October 3rd.
In-person Training: Starts at 9am on October 4th.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
We understand that plans can change and unexpected events may arise. For in-person courses, if you are unable to attend your scheduled class, a 72-hour notice of cancellation is required to transfer your class payment to the next available session. Failure to notify VIP within this 72-hour cancellation period will result in the loss of the class payment. Only one rollover is allowed, and it must be used within three months. If you fail to attend your rollover class, the class payment will be forfeited. For online courses, once access to the course has been granted, no cancellations or transfers are allowed. However, you will have access to complete the course at your own pace, within the timeframe provided. Payments can be applied to any VIP class. Please note that all sales are final, and all of our training classes are non-refundable.
