CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY:
We understand that plans can change and unexpected events may arise. For in-person courses, if you are unable to attend your scheduled class, a 72-hour notice of cancellation is required to transfer your class payment to the next available session. Failure to notify VIP within this 72-hour cancellation period will result in the loss of the class payment. Only one rollover is allowed, and it must be used within three months. If you fail to attend your rollover class, the class payment will be forfeited. For online courses, once access to the course has been granted, no cancellations o transfers are allowed. However, you will have access to complete the course at your own pace, within the timeframe provided. Payments can be applied to any VIP class. Please note that all sales are final, and all of our training classes are non-refundable
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR SECURITY GUARD LICENSE APPLICANTS IN ARIZONA:
Effective immediately, our company will no longer use our sister company, Victory Investigations & Protective Services, LLC, to sponsor applicants for security guard licensing through the Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS).
We will continue to provide the required state-approved training for both unarmed and armed security guard licenses, but please note the following:
• All applicants are now responsible for obtaining their own sponsor/employer to complete and sign the employer sections of the DPS application.
Please note:
The employer’s signature is required on the application in order for DPS to process and approve your security guard license. Applications without employer information and signatures will be rejected by DPS. If you are not currently employed by a licensed security guard agency, we recommend that you begin seeking one as early as possible during your training process.
