CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand that plans can change and unexpected events may cause you to miss class. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, a 72-hour notice of cancellation is required to transfer your class payment to the next available session. Failure to notify VIP within this 72-hour cancellation period will result in the loss of the class payment. Only one rollover is allowed, and it must be used within three months. If you fail to attend your rollover class, the class payment will be forfeited. The payment can be applied to any VIP class. Please note that all sales are final, and all of our training classes are non-refundable.
